Our PLAY sessions are designed for human beings. We challenge you with a variety of different exercises using innovative tools for loaded, three dimensional movement.
While getting a sweat on, the focus for you is experimenting with new moves and having fun. If you're emotionally free & flexible, and have a smile on your dial, your body will be more receptive to better movement, and better results will follow.

BURN
There is no denying it... results come from hard work.
Infinity BURN is all about feeling the burrrrnnn!!! We cover all bases so you can feel the burn in your muscles and in your lungs!
You might have heard of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Metabolic Conditioning (Met-Con)... essentially 80% of "functional" group training and classes are based on this one component of fitness. For us it's all about balance, and timing your bursts of intensity for better recovery and performance.
LIFT
When your movement patterns are

We'll also throw in a few sessions that are more yoga based for improving your breath and downregulation of your central nervous system
